HRCompass

Teaming up with MSTI, Lattice Group developed and designed the HRCompass Toolkit for HR COMPASS, the Administrative Support Service for those that provide human resource (HR) services to the U.S. Army and other government agencies. Toolkit was uniquely customized to the client's specifications, needs and requirements developed in conjunction with Lattice Group's Web Portal software, allowing secure access to private information contained in their database, including task orders, resumes, etc.

The Lattice Group Web Portal is an online web management tool with secure login access through a browser. Multiple users can use key features of the application incliding Calendar, Timesheet, Employee Information, Client/Vendor Contact Information, Inventory Database, and Task and Project Manager. Administrative options offer security and managerial control.

Using Lattice Group's Web Portal software, HRCompass allows MSTI to manage a large dispersed workforce, to control rapid communications, and to collect and track appropriate metrics.
