HR Compass Toolkit

Lattice Group developed and designed the HRCompass Toolkit, an online content management system that serves as a point of access to information on human resources management for the Army.  The site is administered by MSTI on behalf of the U.S. Army PEO EIS (Proram Executive Office Enterprise Informations Systems) through the Army's HRSOLUTIONS contract.

HR Compass is used by MSTI to provide the contract management needed to efficiently provide human resource services to the U.S. Army and other government agencies.  The Toolkit was uniquely customized to the Army's needs using Lattice Group's Web PortalTM software, allowing secure access to private information contained in their database via the online portal, including Task Orders, News, Resumes, Calendars, Timesheets, Employee Information, Client/Vendor Contact Information, their Inventory Database, and Project Management.  Administrative options provide the Army and MSTI with prime security and managerial control for multi-tiered site access.  Through HRCompass, MSTI manages a large and widely dispersed workforce for the Army, and is able to control rapid communications, and collect and track appropriate metrics to ensure the Army's HR program runs smoothly.
